Mario Radice is born on August 1st, 1898 in Como. He begins taking lessons of painting and sculpture In 1916 at the studios of Achille Zambelli and Pietro Clerici. From 1929-1932 He dedicates himself fulltime to art and travels to various European cities.
In 1941 he becomes a founder of the “Gruppo Primordiali Futuristi,” with whom he edits a manifesto. He was then part of the “Gruppo Primordiali Futuristi Sant'Elia”. He participates in the group show at the Galleria Ettore Mascioni in Milan. He has a solo exhibition at the Galleria d'Arte Contemporanea of Milan in 1943.
In 1962 he has his first important anthological exhibition at the Galleria Lorenzelli in Milan, with whom he exhibits again as part of group exhibitions in 1964, 1966, 1969, at the Galleria Lorenzelli in Bergamo, 1972, 1975, 1985 a solo exhibition, and in another anthological exhibition in 2002.
Mario Radice dies July 25th, 1987.
